Illinois voters will get a chance to voice their opinion on raising the minimum wage under a ballot measure Gov. Quinn signed on Sunday.

The question is to raise minimum wage to $10 an hour will be placed on the November ballot.

Illinois' minimum wage is $8.25, which is one dollar higher than the national rate.
