NORMAL - Illinois State University's president says he has enjoyed every aspect of his job since taking the position in March of 2014.
Larry Dietz was named president at the university on March 22, following the resignation of former President Timothy Flanagan.
Dietz says he is focused on the university's future, and that he's prioritizing more stable leadership and stronger enrollment this semester. He also says that four vice president positions will be filled in an effort to bring fresh eyes and perspectives to the university.
Dietz is scheduled to give his first State of the University address next Thursday.
