Champaign County Sheriff's Office investigating early-morning burglary

SAVOY - The Champaign County Sheriff's Office is investigating a burglary that occurred at a Wal-Mart in Savoy during the early morning hours of September 30.

Authorities say at approximately 2:00 a.m., three suspects entered the Wal-Mart located at 505 South Dunlap Avenue in Savoy.  The suspects arrived by vehicle, described as a minivan.

Upon entering the store, authorities say the suspects went to the electronics section of the store, took several cell phones, and left the store without attempting to pay.  The suspects left the scene in the same vehicle that they arrived in.

All three suspects are described as males in their late teens to thirties.  The first suspect was wearing an orange "Illini" baseball cap and a black "Chicago Bulls" jacket.  The second suspect was wearing a black "Chicago Bulls" hat and black hooded sweatshirt.  The third suspect was wearing a black baseball cap with a bright green bill and a black hooded sweatshirt.  We've included a slide show of still images from security footage of the three suspects.
