The Salvation Army to accept Christmas Food and Toy applications in November

DECATUR - The Salvation Army will be accepting Christmas Food and Toy Assistance applications beginning on November 3.

Anyone needing food and toy assistance this year will be able to apply at The Salvation Army's office, located at 229 West Main Street in Decatur.  Applications will be accepted until November 7.

In order to apply, you must bring the following items for every person in the household:

- Photo Identification
- Social Security Card for every person 18 years of age or older in the household
- Medical card for children in the household (Social Security Card if they have no medical card)

We've included a schedule of registration times below:

- November 3rd, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- November 4th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
- November 5th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
- November 6th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- November 7th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
