Illinois woman's alcohol level more than 3 times legal limit

SPRINGFIELD - Authorities say a Springfield woman who was involved in a fatal crash on Saturday had a blood-alcohol level of more than three times the legal limit at the time of the incident.

According to State's Attorney John Milhiser, 27-year-old Andrea Little's blood alcohol level was measured at .28.  The legal limit in Illinois is .08.

Little is charged with aggravated driving under the influence in connection with a crash that resulted in the deaths of her passenger Steven Moore, 36, and another driver, 16-year-old Danielle Allen.  Authorities say Little was traveling eastbound on Illinois 125 when her vehicle veered and crashed into a vehicle driven by Allen.

Little remains in custody on $1 million bond.
