Chicago man arrested 22nd time for traffic violations

RIVERSIDE - Authorities say a Chicago man is facing multiple felony charges after being arrested on traffic violations for the 22nd time.

Authorities say Alfredo Luna, 62, faces felony aggravated driving on a revoked license, aggravated speeding, and driving without vehicle insurance charges.  Riverside Police Chief Tom Weitzel says Luna was stopped by police for allegedly driving 56 miles per hour near an elementary school, but was arrested when it was learned that Luna's license had been revoked due to previous DUI convictions.

According to authorities, Luna's license was revoked after a DUI conviction in 2003, with four other DUI convictions on his record.  Authorities also say Luna has been arrested 21 times for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
