Free Basic Computer Classes in Decatur

 DECATUR -- You can learn basic computer skills through a series of classes beginning in early March.

The Decatur-Macon County Opportunities Corp., or DMCOC, offers classes for low-income people, interested in getting basic computer skills. The training includes instruction in keyboarding, computer basics, using the internet, and other common computer programs.

The next classes begin March 9, meeting two days per week, three hours per day, for six weeks. There is no charge for the classes, but students must meet income eligibility guidelines.
