SPRINGFIELD - One Springfield restaurant is partnering with local celebrities to help raise money for the Susan G. Komen "Run for the Cure" on March 14.

The fundraising event, titled "Shamrocks for a Cure," will be held at Julia's Kitchen from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  A brunch will be offered from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., and will feature several Irish-themed items.  A portion of the proceeds from the brunch will go to the local Susan G. Komen Memorial Affiliate.  Participants will also be able to purchase special merchandise, as well as tickets for the afternoon event.

The event will hold a "Shamrock Buffet" from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door, and are split into two different packages; one for attendees ages 20 and younger, and one for ages 21 and older.  We've included information on ticket pricing for both packages below:

For those 20 yrs and under:
- $15 ticket/reservation
- Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, iced tea, coffee)
- One meal ticket for our special Irish menu

For those 21 and over:
- $25 ticket/reservation
- Two drink tickets (guests may choose from a select list of beers and specialty drinks)
- One meal ticket for our special Irish menu

Five dollars from each ticket will go to the local Susan G. Komen Memorial affiliate.  Items from the full lunch and beverage menus will also be available during this time.
