Champaign police seeking help in identifying suspect

CHAMPAIGN - Champaign County authorities are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in an incident that happened on March 5.

Champaign police say the incident involved the fraudulent use of a credit card to make multiple withdrawals at an ATM.  Police have released two still images of the suspect making the illegal transactions from surveillance video.

Authorities say the suspect has tattoos on the back of his right hand and wrist.  Police also say the tattoo on his wrist appears to spell "Simon," "Simone," or something similar in cursive lettering.
