Champaign police investigating residential burglary

CHAMPAIGN - The Champaign Police Department is seeking the public's help in its investigation into a residential burglary that happened on May 1.

Champaign police say the burglary happened at a residence in Greencroft Drive on May 1, between 8:20 a.m. and 10:20 a.m.  Police say there were no obvious signs of forced entry, and that more than $50,000 in jewelry items were taken from the home.
