SPRINGFIELD - Springfield police have announced they will participate in "Dunkin' Donuts Cop on Rooftop" on May 29 in order to raise money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics Illinois.

Officials say Springfield police officers will be at the Dunkin' Donuts location at 102 Chatham Road from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  Guests who visit and make a donation will receive a free doughnut coupon, and guests who donate at least $10 will receive a Law Enforcement Torch Run travel mug and a coupon for a free medium coffee.

Additionally, other items, such as Torch Run T-shirts, hats, and Harley Davidson motorcycle raffle tickets will also be available.  All proceeds benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run.
