BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington's U.S. Cellular Coliseum is set to host The Gala of The Royal Horses on July 17, 2015.

This event showcases horse breeds such as the Andalusian, Friesian, Lipizzaner and Arabian varieties. Horses will perform tricks and techniques highlighting their tradition, athleticism and grace. The tour is making its United States debut thanks to producer Rene Gasser, whose family has been working with these horses for seven generations.

“The unique qualities of the Royal Horses single them out from all other breeds in the Equine world. Their physical beauty and grace, coupled with exceptional courage and nobility make them an object of admiration and a source of inspiration for horse lovers everywhere,” Gasser explains.

These horses will also be joined by Spanish flamenco dancers, who will perform in authentic and vibrant costumes. The dancers will be accompanied by the Spanish guitar.

Tickets are available starting June 17 at the Coliseum's box office and all Ticketmaster outlets. Reservations may also be made by phone at 800-745-3000. Group discounts are available by calling Nikki Hill at 309-434-2921.
