Youth Classic Registration Open Until June 23

BLOOMINGTON – The Youth Classic presented by COUNTRY Financial is returning to Bloomington-Normal for its 14th annual tournament.

Golfers ages 3 through 22 have until Tuesday, June 23 to register for the youth golfing tournament. The tourney will run June 29 through July 1 at designated golf courses in the Twin Cities. This event is open to golfers from around the world with past tournaments bringing in golfers from 28 states and 14 countries.

The Classic will be partnering with the Special Olympics of Illinois for a Special Needs Division and is sanctioned by the American Junior Golfing Association (AJGA).

This tournament also includes 24 divisions, a parent-child tourney and a COUNTRY Financial Skills Challenge. Awards will be given to golfers in each division for the tournament and the Skills challenge. Pepsi Titan Little People's Golf Competition in Quincy is once again partnering with the tourney to crown a Grand Champion in the 6B, 6G, 7B and 7G divisions based on overall score between the two tournaments.

Registered golfers will receive gifts such as a workout towel and other tournament gear. They will also have dinner provided on Monday, June 29 and lunch on Tuesday, June 30 and Wednesday, July 1.
