Children's Museum of Illinois hosting "All-American Kids Day and Bike Parade"

DECATUR - The Children's Museum of Illinois is inviting central Illinois kids to participate in the "All-American Kids Day and Bike Parade" on July 3.

This event will take place from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with free admission for all visitors to the museum.  The decorated bike parade will begin at the Scovill Zoo parking lot at 10:15 a.m., and will end at the front of the museum.  The best decorated bicycle will be awarded a $20 gift card to Spin City Cycles.

Children will also be able to enjoy safety presentations by the Macon County Sheriff's Department, Decatur Ambulance, and Decatur Fire Department.
