URBANA - The City of Urbana Public Arts Program has announced its selections for the third cycle of the Murals on Glass initiative.

Officials say Phil Strang's "Arles Morning" will be displayed as a vinyl decal on the window of the Urbana Business Association office.  Additionally, Nathan Westerman's "Slat Painting 001" and "Slat Painting 003" will be displayed as vinyl decals on the windows of the Urbana Civic Center.  These works of art will remain in place from Summer 2015 until Summer 2017.

Officials also say other works of art, such as "Portrait of Chip McNeil" by Chris Evans, "Fall Elegy" by Rosalind Faiman Weinberg, "Summer" by Jill Miller, and "Abe in the Grass" by Larry Steinbauer will remain in their current locations throughout the city.  For more information about the Urbana Public Arts Program or Murals on Glass, visit www.urbanaillinois.us/arts.
