Korean War National Museum to host next installment of 2015 Speaker Series

SPRINGFIELD - Korean War National Museum officials has announced that the next installment in their 2015 Speaker Series will be held on July 25, 2015.

The next event will feature Barth Bookout, a teacher at Sandoval Junior Senior High School.  The program will focus on racial integration of the United States Armed Forces, and why it was so successful during the Korean War.

Attendees will be able to participate in open discussion and ask questions following the presentation.  This event will begin at 2:00 p.m. at 9 South Old State Capitol Plaza in Springfield.
