PEORIA - U.S. Attorney for the Central District of Illinois Jim Lewis has announced that a Sullivan man has been indicted on child pornography charges.

Lewis says Justen Troxell, 30, was indicted on two counts of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.  Authorities say Troxell was arrested on June 26, 2015, and has remained in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service since his arrest.

Authorities say if Troxell is convicted on the distribution charges, he could receive between five and 20 years in prison per charge, while the possession charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.  We will provide more updates on this story as they become available.
