Mazda is recalling more than 193-thousand of its largest SUVs in the U.S.

The recall involves the CX-9 from models years 2007 through 2014. Suspension parts can rust, come loose, and cause a loss of steering control. Dealers will replace suspension parts on both sides of the vehicles. When parts become available, CX-9s registered in states like Illinois where salt is used to clear roads in the winter will be given first priority.

The priority states are as follows:  Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Washington, D.C.

You can find a link to Mazda's recall website on this WAND website. Go to "home" and click "site watch" near the top of the page for the link.
