Designers needed for 26th annual Festival of Trees

Posted: Updated:

SPRINGFIELD - Memorial Medical Center officials say several designer opportunities are still available for the 26th annual "Festival of Trees."

Memorial officials say designers are needed to decorate showcases, seven-foot-tall trees, and wreaths for the event, which takes place from November 21 through November 29 at the Orr Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds.  Designers will receive benefits for their efforts, including complimentary tickets to the festival and gala, as well as recognition in promotional materials.

Additionally, sponsorships are still available.  Sponsorships start at $400 and are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, and include one of the decorated trees, wreaths, or both, inclusion in promotional materials, and complimentary tickets to the festival and gala.
