Black Chamber of Commerce sponsoring “Paint the Park Pink”

DECATUR – The Decatur Black Chamber of Commerce announces they will be hosting “Paint the Park Pink” in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This event will include activities such as a faith walk, balloon release, health screening from the Illinois Department of Public Health, a survivor roll call, food, entertainment and more. An instructional paint class will also be held. Registration for the paint class is required by contacting Jacob Jenkins at 217-791-4387 or Tamarra Fuller at 217-552-5272.

“Paint the Park Pink” will take place on Saturday, October 17 from 11 AM – 4 PM at Mueller Park, located at 620 East Riverside Avenue in Decatur.
