Sangamon County Clerk hosting passport registration day

Posted: Updated:

SPRINGFIELD - The Sangamon County Circuit Clerk's Office is teaming up with Pawnee Public Library to offer a passport registration day to members of the public on February 20.

Passport applications will be accepted at Pawnee Public Library from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.  Sangamon County Clerk Paul Palazollo says this special event will make the passport application process easier for citizens.  Palazollo also says passport photos are also being offered.

Normal passport fees will apply, and applicants will usually receive their passports within 25 business days.  This event is open to the public, and is similar to other events hosted by the Sangamon County Clerk's Office.
