Hockey Clinic Saturday

DECATUR - The Decatur Youth Hockey Association is inviting children ages four through nine to attend a "Try Hockey For Free" clinic on February 20.

DYHA officials say the clinic will be held at the Decatur Civic Center starting at 8:00 a.m. Participants will be able to learn basic ice hockey skills in a safe and fun environment. Also, in Springfield another big day for hockey across the state thanks to Kraft Heinz, USA Hockey and 300 local associations across the country will host Try Hockey For Free Day.

At Nelson's Center's Rink, 1 from 9:30 -10:30 A.M. Participants ages 4-9 are encouraged to take to the ice and learn how to play this beloved sport. All locations will have limited equipment available for use.
