DMCOC accepting appointments for LIHEAP

DECATUR - The Decatur-Macon County Opportunities Corporation has announced that it will accept appointments for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program on February 26.

DMCOC Officials individuals who would like to apply for LIHEAP are encouraged to come to the Decatur Civic Center beginning at 7:00 a.m.  Staff members will be on hand to make appointments until 9:00 a.m., or until all appointment times are filled.

Additionally, telephone appointments will be taken beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending once all appointments are filled.  The number to call is (217) 428-2193.

In order to be eligible for this assistance, you must be a resident of Macon County.  For more information, visit DMCOC's website.
