Richland Community College Compiles Data to Create Presidential Profile

Decatur-  The online survey is over.  The public forums, done.  Now it's up to the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT), to sort through all the data and suggestions to come up with a Presidential Profile.  This President will lead Richland Community College into the future.

The Chairman of the Richland Community College Board of Trustees, Bruce Campbell, tells WAND the suggestions and issues brought up are diverse and will lead the hired company ACCT in the right direction.  The Board of Trustees as a whole for RCC says the goal is to conduct equitable, participatory, inclusive and fair search that will attract a strong pool of presidential candidates locally, regionally and nationally.

ACCT has conducted over 400 community college searches and brings a wealth of information and expertise to our process.    This Presidential Profile will let prospective candidates know the future direction of the College as well as the ideal characteristics Richland is seeking in a new president.
