Macon County Clerk reminding residents of early voting hours

MACON COUNTY - Macon County Clerk Steve Bean is reminding residents of several options to cast their ballots in the 2016 Primary on March 15.

Bean says Macon County residents will have the opportunity to cast their votes early, until Election Day.  The hours for early voting will be 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on March 11, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on March 12 and 13, and 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on March 14.  You may cast early ballots at the Macon County Clerk's Office.

Polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on March 15.  Residents will be able to register to vote at the Macon County Clerk's Office, or at their polling location, through 7:00 p.m. Election Day.  In order to register, you must present two forms of identification, with at least one including your current address.
