Macon County CASA to hold Coffee Event for More Information

Decatur- If you’ve ever been interested in helping children in need, Macon County CASA wants to talk to you.  They are holding a CASA Coffee event on March19th at 9:30 in the morning.  The Saturday morning coffee at Coney McKanes will give you an opportunity to learn about what CASA does for children in Macon County and see if you are willing to become an advocate.

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. The Mission of CASA is to provide court appointed volunteers to advocate for the abused, neglected and/or dependent children who are involved in the Macon County juvenile court system.
