President to Nominate Supreme Court Justice


WASHINGTON, D.C. – According to NBC News, President Obama is expected to nominate a nominee for the United States Supreme Court today.

On the short list of nominees is, Sri Srinivasan and Marrick Garland of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Colombia Circuit, and Paul Watford who serves on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in California.

The newest justice will fill the seat vacated after the death of Antonin Scalia.
