Millikin University students to volunteer throughout community during Alternative Spring Break

DECATUR - Millikin University officials have announced that several students will work on service projects throughout the community from March 22 through March 24.

The effort is part of Millikin University's Alternative Spring Break, organized through the university's Career Center and AmeriCorps VISTA.  We have included a list of activities students will be participating in below:

March 22
Working at the Dennis-Millikin Community Garden, 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

March 23
Volunteering at Primrose Retirement Community, 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

March 24
Volunteering at Primrose Retirement Community, 12:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
