Another Delay in Hastert Case

WASHINGTON, D.C. – There is another delay for former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert, as he faces sentencing next month, in his hush money case.

Now the associated press has learned an alleged victim known as individual "D" could testify at the April 27th court sentencing hearing. The case was set to be heard April 8th, but there's a conflict with the witness.

Hastert plead guilty in October to violating bank laws in seeking to pay millions to an unnamed person.

A federal court transcript released to the a-p for the first time references sex abuse in the case.
