Gibson City police arrest 2 on multiple meth-related charges

GIBSON CITY - The Gibson City Police Department says two people have been arrested on multiple meth-related charges after the search of a home on March 24.

Gibson City police say Kelly Burrows, 51, and Marlina Burrows, 34, were arrested at a home in the 300 block of South State Street.  According to police, officers allegedly found a working meth lab and more than 200 grams of liquid meth in the home at the time of the search.  Authorities also said that seven children were also inside the home at the time of the search.

Both individuals were arrested on preliminary charges of child endangerment, possession of meth-manufacturing materials, and manufacture/delivery of meth.  We will provide more information as it becomes available.
