High pressure, sunshine set to arrive Monday to start the new week.
CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- After a rainy end to Easter, high pressure is scheduled to arrive bringing sunshine to start the new week.
Meteorologist Adam Del Rosso says the clouds will clear quickly overnight as the cold front that brought the rain pushes east into Indiana. With winds out of the northwest, cooler air will be in place for Monday as well. Morning lows will start in the upper 30s with highs by the afternoon warming into the upper 50s.
