QUINCY -- A quartet of Quincy soccer standouts are headed to Millikin next fall.
Alec Askey, Bradyn Nokes, Riley Roth, and Chris Clay made it official at a signing ceremony at Quincy High School Monday.
"Going with three of your teammates it kind of gives you a little bit of an edge," Clay said. "You'll have somebody to talk to to get you through class, and somebody to talk to on the field to just help you get better."
"We'll be able to bring our chemistry from this year, contribute up there, and hopefully have four great years of college," Roth said.
Askey, Nokes, Roth, and Clay helped lead Quincy to the 3-A state championship, where they lost to Libertyville 2-1.
