Logan County Spring Market kicks off April 30

Posted: Updated:

LINCOLN - Central Illinois residents are invited to attend the Logan County Spring Market on April 30 and May 1.

This year's market will be held at the Logan County Fairgrounds in Lincoln from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on April 30, and from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on May 1.  Officials say "American Pickers" star Danielle Colby will be a special guest this year, and that attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an auction featuring several items from Danielle's personal collection and other items she has picked.

The Logan County Humane Society will also have a booth at the Spring Market, and attendees are asked to bring a bag of dog food to help support local efforts.   Additionally, a DIY stage will offer helpful tips and presentations on both days.

More than 100 booths are expected to be at this year's market, and visitors will be able to enjoy live entertainment, food, and much more.  The price of admission is $5 per person, with children ages 12 and under being admitted for free.
