Abraham Lincoln Association Donates Books to Illinois Public Libraries

Springfield- The Abraham Lincoln Association has donated copies of two books about Abraham Lincoln to all 810 public and academic libraries in Illinois.

The two books donated are, Abraham Lincoln Traveled This Way-The America Lincoln Knew, and A Day Long to be Remembered-Lincoln in Gettysburg. They were both written by Michael Burlingame and illustrated by Robert Shaw.

The books will be available at libraries throughout the state beginning April 22.
