Hal Holbrook to speak at Lincoln College commencement ceremony

LINCOLN - Lincoln College officials have announced that Emmy and Tony Award-winning actor Hal Holbrook will speak at the college's commencement ceremony on May 7.

Holbrook, known for his performances as Mark Twain and Abraham Lincoln, will address graduates and others in attendance at 2:00 p.m.  Lincoln College President David Gerlach says the college is "very honored to have Mr. Holbrook share his experiences and knowledge with our graduates."

Additionally, Lincoln College officials have announced that Cody Garretson has been named the Lincoln Laureate, and will also speak during commencement.  More than 270 candidates will be honored during this year's commencement.
