Mt. Pulaski Reschedules Water Main Flush

The city of Mt. Pulaski announced plans for a water main flush late this month.

Originally scheduled to be earlier in October, the city will flush its main on Tuesday, October 25 and Wednesday, October 26.  The system will be flushed from 10am to 4pm each of those days.

Officials warn residents water may become cloudy, but will still be safe to drink.  They expect the cloudy effect to last until about an hour after each flush is complete.

For questions, you can call Mt. Pulaski city hall at (217) 792-3222.
