Friendly Sheriff Would Like Pot Growers To Claim Their Plants

Vandalia – The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department picked up a truckload of marijuana plants.  Since the Sheriff is in such a good mood during the fall harvest he would like to find the owners who worked so hard to grow them.

The Sheriff’s Department had this message Thursday on Facebook:

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office located 23 Marijuana plants in the north part of our county. If you are missing these and would like to claim them, you can contact us at 618-283-2141.

Have a great day Sheriff Chris Smith
