Central Illinois Foodbank bringing mobile pantry to Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE - The Central Illinois Foodbank has announced it will bring a mobile pantry to Morgan County on October 12.

Officials say the pantry will be located at Jacksonville Savings Bank at 4:00 p.m.  The pantry aims to help as many of the nearly 5,000 Morgan County residents who don't know where their next meal is coming from.

The Central Illinois Foodbank distributes millions of pounds of food to soup kitchens, food pantries, and various programs in a 21-county region.  For more information, click here.
