Local Hockey Team To Dye Rink Pink


SPRINGFIELD- The Springfield Jr. Blues are getting read to dye the ice-rink at Nelson Center pink, Friday October 28th.

They will be taking on the Janesville Jets that evening. Head Coach Tony Zasowski is participating in the Real Men Making Strides Campaign for the American Cancer Society, his goal to raise for the campaign is $5,000.00

 Springfield fans will have the opportunity to join the team on the pink ice after the game.

 Doors open at 6.05pm and the puck drops at 7:05pm.

Pre-sale tickets are available through the YMCA and Qik-n-EZ for a discounted rate. Tickets are also available at the Nelson Center on game day.
