MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) – A Mattoon man claimed a big lottery payout Tuesday.

Wayne Kramer played a $5 Roulette instant ticket and took home a top prize of $250,000. He claimed it at the Illinois Lottery Prize Center in Springfield.

Kramer bought the ticket at Murphy USA, located at 105 Dettro Dive. in Mattoon.  The store claimed a $2,500 cut of the prize for selling the jackpot ticket. Kramer says his winnings are likely going to the bank.

The Illinois Lottery says two of the $250,000 prizes have yet to be claimed.
