Shots fired in Decatur near West Packard Street

DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Police were called to the scene near the 1001 Block of West Packard Street.

Witnesses tell WAND News, that someone was shot and is in critical condition. They also say the shooting was possibly a fight that ended in shots being fired in retaliation. 

Decatur Police have yet to release any information.
