Shedd Aquarium celebrates otter's 18th birthday

CHICAGO, Ill. (WAND) - Shedd Aquarium in Chicago is celebrating one of its otter's birthdays!

Yaku the sea otter turned 18 on Wednesday, marking his golden birthday.

He shares a birthday with animal care specialist Katy Roxbury at the aquarium.

Yaku celebrated with clam paste, decorations, and lots of snacks.

Happy Birthday Yaku!
