FORSYTH -- The scene before the game said it all: Punching each other. Good-natured ribbing. Playful taunting of others during interviews.

Maroa-Forsyth senior outfielder Tanner Falk is the first to say that the decorated senior class is by no means best friends, but once they set foot on the field the quartet is a part of something bigger.

Head coach Sean Martin's guys have the talent -- there's no doubt. But the Trojans' superpower is the camaraderie they share on the field.

Frankly, whatever they did to build that culture, it's working. Maroa-Forsyth is yet again a major threat in the area and could be headed for a third consecutive regional title.

In this WAND interview, Coach Martin, Falk and senior catcher Logan Shepard share their experiences of building a winning culture through humor.
