DECATUR -- Eisenhower High was the site of the annual CS8 girls track meet, so it was only fitting that a Panther was one of Thursday night's flurry record breakers.

Harvard signee Tina Martin ran the 200-meter dash in 24.32 seconds, just ahead of Springfield High's Ozzy Erewele (24.43). Both times beat Charday Crawford's meet record from 2012 (24.53). Tina Martin's twin sister Katina was held out of Thursday night's action with an injury.

Three sprinters broke the 100-meter dash record of 12.00 seconds set by Erewele in 2016. Martin finished in 11.99 seconds, Springfield High's Serena Bolden came in second with a time of 11.93 seconds and Erewele took first in 11.78 seconds.

Bolden also set a meet record when she jumped 20 feet, 1.25 inches. It shattered the previous record of 18 feet, 11 inches set by Allison Curtin in 1998. In fact, she broke two records on Thursday: her triple jump of 40 feet, 3.25 inches broke Alexandria Harden's 2011 record of 39 feet, 5.5 inches.

Another record was set in the pole vault, when U-High's McKenna Sapp cleared 11 feet, 7 inches. The previous record was 11-6 set by Laurel Neposchlan in 2011.

Eisenhower's Alyssa Baltimore won the high jump by clearing 5 feet, 3 inches.
