GEELONG, VICTORIA -- This June Decatur's Walker family proved that even 9,609 miles away you can feel like you're home.

That's the distance the family traveled to reunite with the friends they made back in the late 1990s when patriarch Rodney Walker played professional basketball for the Geelong Supercats.

The Walkers were hosted by a number of local families, the club honored them at midcourt during a game and they even let 15-year-old RJ Walker play with the 16U club team as he prepares for his sophomore season at Eisenhower.
