Curtis Graham is settling in for his first year as head coach of Eisenhower.
DECATUR -- High school football is in the air once again in Central Illinois, with offseason summer camps popping up all over the viewing area.
At Eisenhower, first-year head coach Curtis Graham is using his first couple of weeks to put his fingerprint on the program. The team is investing heavily in conditioning over Xs and Os at this point in the process, as well as integrating the new fleet of assistants into the coaching staff. A handful of football players from Millikin are helping out this summer, including defensive back Demetreeus Loper and defensive lineman Quintaz Wright.
The team's returning leader on the field is senior quarterback Jordan Dennis, who is switching back to his JFL position after serving as a running back under Drew Wagers the past couple of seasons.
The highly touted Evans brothers (transfers from Evansville, Ind.) are expected to join the program this weekend. Graham is also waiting for the last few assistant coaches to join the program, including a defensive coordinator.
