Pizza delivery driver robbed at knifepoint

DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) – Two men robbed a pizza delivery driver with a knife, police say.

A press release says two men approached the driver after 9:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Giddings Street in Danville. Police say they demanded money and the food she was out to deliver.

Officers say they stole cash and the food, then left the area. Nobody was injured.

Law enforcement says the suspects are both black. One of them is 6-foot-2 and had on jeans without a shirt. The other is 5-foot-9 and had braided hair, a black shirt and black jeans.
