CLINTON, Ill. (WAND)- The DeWitt County Substance Abuse Coalition is holding a meet-and-greet from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The event includes several agencies and organizations that offer help with substance abuse and other matters.
“What we're trying to do with this coalition is to reach out to people to let them know that we have help here,” said Jeffrey DeLaughter, the coalition’s president. “We have resources. And we're here for education and prevention."
The meet-and-greet is being held at the Vespasian Warner Public Library in Clinton.
The coalition meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m. at the library.
