Decatur City Council to look at goals for the future

The Decatur City Council will be looking to the future to talk about goals and priorities for the city Wednesday night as leaders still work to reach goals from the previous year.

The council determined last year that increasing water supply, police needs and neighborhoods improvements were top priorities. Recently, the council asked residents to take an online survey or call in with goal suggestions for the next 12 to 24 months.

Leaders will talk about those goals tonight at 5:30 p.m. at the council chambers in the Civic Center. We'll have details tonight on NewsCenter 17 at ten.
