Sergeant Ryan Weemer of Hindsboro is charged with killing unarmed detainees during one of the fiercest battles of the Iraq war.
He's set to stand trial March 30th. Prosecutors allege four Iraqi's were killed in 2004 after being captured in a house where weapons were found.
The case came to light in 2006 during Weemer's lie-detector screening with a U.S. Secret Service job interviewer.
In the interview, Weemer allegedly said the unarmed Iraqi's were slain because they didn't have time to take the men to jail.
